Terms of Service & Registration Agreement

By accessing the TAS Ski Team management platform, creating an account, or registering an athlete for training programs, camps, or races, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all incorporated athletic liability waivers and SafeSport policies.
2. Program Registration & Payment Terms
All program tuition, camp fees, and registration add-ons must be paid in full or pursuant to an approved installment schedule via Stripe (including Stripe Elements and Stripe Link checkout) prior to athlete participation in on-snow training. Program registration is non-transferable.
3. Refund & Withdrawal Policy
Tuition refunds or prorated credits for mid-season withdrawal are subject to board review and require medical documentation. Processing fees and unrecoverable venue or race pass costs are non-refundable.
4. Code of Conduct & Safety Protocols
Athletes, guardians, and coaches must adhere to the US Ski & Snowboard Code of Conduct and SafeSport guidelines. TAS Ski Team reserves the right to suspend or revoke program eligibility for conduct violations without refund.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
